Established in 2015, located in the beach city of Nha Trang, Vietnam; LIVIN is a casual, rustic-contemporary restaurant deep-rooted from the traditions of American barbecue. Balancing between traditions, cultures, and innovation; “Smoked and Crafted in Vietnam” is the restaurant’s tagline to sharing and introducing western gastronomy and hospitality to Vietnam.

With wood, fire, and smoke as the core ingredients; LIVIN uses technique such as “low and slow” smoking, live fire grilling, searing, and charring to enhance and flavor prime meat, seafood, and vegetables. Combing its distinctive cooking style with bold flavor, the menu offers a wide-range of classic to new-American dishes. So, whether it’s a Fried Chicken Benedict for brunch, a 10-hour Smoked Brisket Chimichurri Sandwich for lunch, or a 28-Day Dry-Aged Steak with Surf n Turf for dinner, there’s something tasty for all throughout the day.

To compliment the food, the bar collectively works with world renowned wineries, award winning local microbreweries, and domestic and international distilleries to handcraft signature and classic beverages that are satisfying with every sip.
